1. Agreement

By using Happy Kids Shuttle, you agree to these terms. They govern all bookings and communications.

2. Service Description

We provide child transportation to schools and activities.

3. Eligibility

Children must be 18 or younger and authorized by a guardian. Parent Agreements are required.

4. Bookings & Payments

Payments are due in advance via Zelle, Square, or other approved methods.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

24-hour notice is required for credits. No refunds for same-day cancellations.

6. Safety & Conduct

All drivers are background-checked and insured. Misbehavior may result in service suspension.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays or uncontrollable events. Liability is limited to the cost of the affected ride.

8. Communication Consent

Parents authorize phone, text, and email updates regarding rides, billing, and safety.

9. Policy Changes

Updates to terms may occur anytime. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
